Coverage and charges
Shipping options and charges are calculated at checkout for the delivery address. Final courier coverage and charges will be confirmed before ordering opens.

Current configured rates: PKR 250 standard / PKR 350 Punjab. Final coverage and rates require store confirmation.
Payment verification
Manual-payment orders remain pending verification until an authorized administrator checks the transfer. A submitted receipt alone does not confirm payment or dispatch. With advance COD, the remaining balance is collected at delivery.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders proceed to processing after payment verification. Courier service areas, dispatch cutoffs and delivery estimates will be published when fulfillment is ready. Contact the store for help with your delivery address.
