How does COD with advance work?
For COD orders, the configured advance of 50% of the final total, including shipping and discounts, is paid first. Upload a receipt and wait for manual verification. The remaining amount is collected on delivery.
How do you verify my payment?
An authorized administrator checks the actual bank or wallet transaction and reviews your private receipt. Uploading a screenshot does not automatically verify a payment. Orders proceed only after approval.
Can I choose different product weights?
Selected products have weight options. Choose your preferred weight on the product page; price and stock update for that option.
What if my receipt is rejected?
Your order shows the rejection reason. Registered customers can upload a corrected receipt from the order page in My Account. Guest customers can contact the store with their order number.
Where do you deliver?
Checkout calculates delivery charges for the entered address. Final service areas and delivery estimates will be published before ordering opens.
When will ordering open?
Ordering opens after product information, delivery arrangements and payment accounts are confirmed. Do not transfer money to temporary account values.
