Orders and accounts

Checkout collects the information needed to manage an order, such as name, delivery address, phone and email. WooCommerce maintains cart and account sessions with cookies.

Private payment receipts

Receipt images are stored outside the public web directory. Only authorized administrators can open them for manual payment review. Receipt submission does not confirm payment.

Saved favorites

Guest favorites are stored in the current browser. Logged-in favorites are saved to the customer account; guest selections are merged when that browser is first linked to the account.

Before ordering opens

The store will publish its confirmed support contact, retention periods and relevant service-provider details before launch. Contact details are available on the Contact page once confirmed.

Newsletter subscriptions

Newsletter requests store your email and consent privately. Confirmation is required before you receive campaigns. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter. Email delivery begins when the store connects its verified mailing service.
